Course Objectives: 

This course aims to enable students to:

    • Identify the most pressing current environmental, economic, and social challenges at the local, continental, and global levels.
    • Understand the fundamental principles of sustainable development as a response to global crises.
    • Analyze their consumption habits and daily activities to assess their impact.
    • Evaluate the scope of action and possible measures to protect the environment within their field of expertise.
    • Connect their academic specializations to issues of sustainable development.
    • Apply their theoretical knowledge through concrete, practical exercises during their studies.
    • Propose innovative and sustainable solutions that align with their future career paths.
    • Recognize their ability to make a positive impact on society and the environment.
