Aliments et nutriments

This course introduces M1 Agri-food and Quality Control students to the fundamentals of food composition, the classification of food groups, and the role of macronutrients (proteins, lipids, carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) in human nutrition. It also explores the nutritional quality of different foods, the concept of energy intake, and daily nutritional requirements. Students learn how to evaluate the nutritional value of food products and understand the relationship between diet and health.
