This course introduces students to English texts about archaeology and ancient civilizations. Students will learn key vocabulary, read simple descriptions of archaeological sites, artifacts, and findings, and practice understanding and analyzing texts. The course covers topics such as archaeological tools and methods, Ancient Egypt, Prehistory, North African civilizations (Punic, Numidian, and Roman), and important findings like ceramics, graves, and architecture. By the end of the course, students will be able to read, understand, and describe archaeological discoveries in English using accurate and clear language.
