Cryogenics is the study of the low temperatures production (below −150 °C or 120 K), the aim is to understand the physical phenomena that occur there. The limit of −153.15 °C represents the limit from which air gases may be liquefied "Cryo: Very cold (frost) and Engineering: production". Cryogenics has many applications, particularly in the food, medical, industrial, physical and livestock sectors.
