JURISDICTIONAL ORGANIZATION: The Constitution of Algeria establishes the orders of courts. The highest judicial court is the Supreme Court. The highest administrative court is the Council of State. In order to settle disputes between the two jurisdictions, the constitution provides for the jurisdictional court. Which is called the Court of Conflicts is a supreme judicial body established following the establishment of the principle of dual jurisdiction under the 1996 Constitution. It is competent to adjudicate conflicts of jurisdiction between judicial bodies subject to the ordinary judicial system and judicial bodies subject to the administrative judicial system

التنظيم القضائي: ينص دستور الجزائر على نظام المحاكم؛ أعلى محكمة قضائية هي المحكمة العليا وأعلى محكمة إدارية هي مجلس الدولة. ولتسوية النزاعات بين السلطتين القضائيتين، ينص الدستور على محكمة قضائية هي محكمة التنازع هي هيئة قضائية عليا أنشئت إثر تكريس مبدأ ازدواجية القضاء بموجب دستور 1996 وهي تختص بالفصل في تنازع الاختصاص بين الجهات القضائية الخاضعة للنظام القضائي العادي والجهات القضائية الخاضعة للنظام القضائي الإداري.

ORGANISATION JURIDICTIONNELLE: La Constitution algérienne établit l'ordre des juridictions. La plus haute juridiction judiciaire est la Cour suprême. La plus haute juridiction administrative est le Conseil d'État. Afin de régler les conflits entre les deux juridictions, la constitution prévoit la Cour juridictionnelle. La Cour des conflits est un organe juridictionnel suprême institué suite à l'instauration du principe de double juridiction par la Constitution de 1996. Elle est compétente pour trancher les conflits de compétence entre les organes juridictionnels soumis au système judiciaire ordinaire et les organes juridictionnels soumis au système judiciaire administratif.
